Shipping

  • There are two options for domestic shipping at checkout: 1. USPS First Class package (uninsured with tracking) 2. USPS Priority (insured up to $50 usd with tracking). Please note insurance is not offered with First Class.

  • There are two options for international shipping at checkout: 1. First Class International 2. Priority Mail International. Please note for First Class International, there is no tracking available, we recommend Priority International which does have tracking.

  • Items will ship in 2 - 3 days from the time of the order

  • Please note we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All items are shipped with a tracking number (except for First Class International) 

Return Policy

  • All sales are final, no exchanges. Please double check your order before placing it.

  • In the event your item arrives damaged from us (and not the fault of USPS), please contact us within 30 days at info@horrorhats.com and we will gladly work with you to resolve the matter. All items are inspected prior to shipping.

  • If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days at info@horrorhats.com and we will gladly correct your order.
